- Cancellation of a class must be made 48 hours prior to the start of the class, otherwise the student will be charged.
- A tutor who wishes to cancel a class because of an emergency issue must notify the student family and make up the missed class according to the student’s availability. Otherwise, the student will receive a full refund for the missed session.
